All prices are inclusive of Value Added Tax, and this will be charged at the appropriate rate. • For the avoidance of doubt, for E-Learning (Online) and Video (Online) courses upon receipt of course materials and access to E-Learning being provided to you 100% of the Course Fee is payable in the event of any cancellation. • The contents of course schedules are intended for general guidance only and do not form any part of a contract. E-Laws reserve the right to make any reasonable variations to courses, including the content and location of the courses, without notice. • The indication of course availability and location shown on the E-Laws website is for general guidance and does not form any part of a contract. E-Laws Training will perform the Services with reasonable skill and care. Any other conditions or warranties whether express or implied as to the quality of the Services are hereby expressly excluded. • Unless otherwise indicated, all courses are delivered solely in English, and all delegates must be sufficiently proficient in English language before attending a course. • For courses not exclusive to one client, E-Laws reserve the right to refuse admission to the training premises to any person whom they consider in their absolute discretion to be unsuitable for admission onto the training premises, or to remove any such person after the commencement of a course. • Course duration’s for classroom events and access periods for eLearning products are clearly stated on the website. • E-Laws reserve the right to cancel or arrange an alternative date for a course. In such circumstances, we will endeavour to provide notice of cancellation or change to the Client. In the event of cancellation, E-Laws shall not be liable for any loss or expense arising. You may cancel the course booking by notifying us as soon as is reasonably practicable. You shall also be deemed to have cancelled the course booking if you do not attend the training on the date and time specified. • E-Laws Limited total liability for any loss or damage shall not exceed the price paid for the Services, E-Laws shall not be liable howsoever caused for indirect or consequential loss including but not limited to: loss of profits; loss of revenue; loss of goodwill; loss of data; failure to achieve savings. • E-Laws shall not be in breach of this contract if there is any total or partial failure of performance by it of its duties and obligations under this contract occasioned by any act of God, fire, act of government or state, war, civil commotion, insurrection, embargo, prevention from or hindrance from obtaining any raw materials or energy, sickness or other cause beyond its reasonable control. Topographical & SERU Online courses: E Laws SERU Training materials including Mock tests are an indication of what you might expect to score in the SERU examination and is not an official reflection on the score you will receive from TFL in the actual test, we will not be liable for any loss caused by you not achieving the required pass mark, the SERU Training materials are only an indication of our opinion and serves as a training aid. • Unless otherwise agreed by E-Laws Training in writing prior to agreement by you to these Terms and Conditions you agree that the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall constitute all of the provisions relating to the Services to be provided to you by E-Laws Training. No other terms and conditions shall be accepted. Online courses: All online courses are licenced/provided to the buyer only for the time period specified at point of sale. Buyers MUST not allow any other person or legal entity access to any course material without the prior written agreement of E Laws Training Limited authorised official. Third party and resellers: All courses are provided by www.e-lawstraining.com E Laws Training does not approve or permit resale of any online courses by use of third party resellers. Data Protection and Confidentiality The policy of E-Laws Training with respect to data protection is detailed in these Terms and Conditions, and it’s privacy notice should be read in conjunction with these terms and conditions. 2. Data Protection and GDPR E Laws Training Limited are registered with the Information Commissioners and agree to hold your personal information as set out by the Data Protection Act 1988; in that we agree to keep your information securely and when no longer needed, we will securely destroy/or delete any information no longer required and shall not pass any information onto 3rd parties apart from agencies administering the course as required by the relevant awarding body.
